It's a four course Table d'Hote menu using the rich variety of fish, meat, game, fruit, vegetables, cheeses and traditional culinary traditions of Perthshire and Scotland. We only use the best local provisions and suppliers. We are recognised by Taste of Scotland in its various guises.
