Situated within Cleethorpes with its traditional seaside attractions, golden beaches and lovely gardens, the perfect location for touring the many delights of the Lincolnshire Wolds and visiting the historic cities of Lincoln and York. Superb location for the business traveller for both Ports of Grimsby, Immingham and the Humber Bank Industries. There are also ground floor rooms for the less able (on a level with the dining room and bar lounge), and disabled badge holders can park directly outside The Comat Guest House. In addition, the spacious, superior 2-bedroom family room, with its four-poster bed and sitting area with leather armchairs, is also ideal for any guests requiring more space. Viewing of rooms is always welcome without obligation. A full English or Continental breakfast is included in the tariff , and afternoon tea (sandwiches, cake and tea or coffee) is available for 5.00 GBP per person but is FREE to over 60s staying three days or more. Cleethorpes is ideally situated within easy reach of the Lincolnshire Wolds and nearby market towns of Louth and Brigg, and of course, Lincoln with its magnificent cathedral. For those on business, all the Humber Bank industries are within 15 to 30 minutes drive. Less than an hour's drive across the impressive Humber Bridge is the historic market town of Beverley, with its beautiful minster, and Hull with its delightful Marina and international ferry terminal.
