The Falcon Hotel originally a renowned 16th century coaching inn of great character and charm. The Tap Bar has for many years proved to be a popular local meeting place serving fine real ales and bar meals, alternatively there is the comfortable Brasserie lounge serving full meals and bar service. Both these areas have tremendous atmosphere in the winter evenings with their log fires blazing away. The elegant Garden Terrace Restaurant offers the attractions of fine food and wines in delightful surroundings, making it a popular eating place for hotel guests and non-residents. During the Summer months the beautifully cared for gardens at the rear of the hotel provide an excellent setting for both meals or just relaxing over drinks. Our full size antique Snooker table has been beautifully restored and is available for guests use. Whether your function is for business or pleasure the Falcon Hotel has three well-appointed suites all with natural daylight. Each has been faithfully restored to create the appropriate ambience according to the mood and style of the occasion. Weddings and private dinners can be accommodated for up to 140 guests, meetings for up to 60.
