Fire destroyed many Haverhill's older buildings in 1665, although Anne of Cleves'House has been renovated. All our 10 comfortable well appointed bedrooms, including the Bridal Suite, are en-suite with satellite television, direct-dial telephone and tea and coffee making facilities. Sit back, relax and enjoy one of the local ales while sampling the good home cooking on offer in our popular Rose&Crown bar. Our restaurant features a fine à la carte menu that gives a good choice of traditional and international dishes. The 'Elisabeth Carvery' is open all day on sunday and gives a choice of three roast joints, freshly cooked vegetables and all the traditional accompaniments. The Rose&Crown is a popular party venue and our restaurant can be privatly booked for a variety of functions including formal dinners and dinner dances. We held a civil marriage licence, which allows them to offer a 'one stop service', with ceremony, catering and entertainment all taking place at the hotel. Our hotel has a private car park.
